Our centres have 20% better ratios of adult / child than the minimum Ministry of Education requirements (depending on under 2 and over 2 room designs and layouts). This is to ensure the highest focus and attention are given to your child’s care and safety, immediate needs, learning observations and professionally written learning stories displayed using our award winning invention (i.e “Roots and Shoots™” online outcomes visualisation system).
Our team has excellent teaching expertise, qualifications, experience, and ongoing professional development support for continuous improvement (see our Professional Development page). Together they make up a well balanced, energetic and passionate team with a team philosophy that reflects a genuine commitment to bring out the best in your child’s learning and development. Our Early Learning Centres have also committed to ongoing professional development for ALL of its teachers in a “rising tide lifts all boats” philosophy. Professional development is focussed on mentoring each teacher along their individual journey of the Teaching Council’s “Standards for the Teaching Profession”. This in turn directly supports our group’s continuous improvement philosophy to always strive to better our services for children, parents and our community.
